To respect everyone’s time and ensure a smooth booking process, please review the following policies carefully:

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows:
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of any deposits and a 50% service fee charged to the card on file. This compensates fairly for Taylor’s time and the financial impact of a missed appointment.

If the card on file is invalid or has insufficient funds, you will be required at your following appointment to pay any outstanding balance.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests made outside of our regular business hours will still be honored based on the time the message was received.

No-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.

Booking Requirements:
While deposits are not required for all services, a valid card on file is mandatory when booking.

Repeated Reschedules:
After two consecutive cancellations or reschedules, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure any future appointments.

Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule to avoid overlapping into another client’s time. Your punctuality is deeply appreciated.

Rescheduling Notice:
Rescheduling within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation. A new booking will be required, and additional fees may apply.

Artist Commitment:
When you book an appointment, you're reserving dedicated time, tools, and products. If your artist/stylist is unable to proceed with your service due to an oversight or miscommunication on your end, any deposits will be forfeited and the 50% service fee will still apply.

Deposit Terms:
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different date or time. Deposits are applied toward your final service total. A new deposit is required when rescheduling appointments.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful conduct.

• Cash, credit, and debit cards accepted (card/tap to pay/electronic transactions may incur up to a 3% processing fee).

• Checks are NOT accepted.

• Flexible payment plans are available via Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay. Terms and fees vary by provider. Check the provider details for more info. You can sign up at checkout after your service, but if you're counting on using Buy Now Pay Later, we recommend signing up beforehand to confirm how much you’re approved to spend so you can be sure ahead of time you are able to cover the cost of the service. Either way, you won’t be charged until after your appointment.

• Gift cards cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

• Valid only for hair and tattoo services provided by Taylor Swihart, Ink’T Cosmetics.

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash value.

• Gift cards are not to be used for prepayments or deposits.

• Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Please note that we are not always available to respond to inquiries on Saturdays, as this time is often dedicated to weddings, group/full-day tattoo sessions, or other events.

Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed during the next business day.

Response Times

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Reviewed and responded to by the following business day.

• General Inquiries (calls, texts, emails): Responded to within 24–48 business hours.

Weddings & Special Events

For wedding services, please refer to your Bridal Contract for the correct method of communication regarding emergencies, changes, or other important details. This ensures everything is properly documented and handled with care.

We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all transactions — including but not limited to services, retail products, gift cards, deposits, service or processing fees, etc.

AGE & IDENTIFICATION

• All clients receiving tattoos must be 18 years or older with valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment.

• Failure to present a valid ID will result in appointment cancellation, forfeiture of deposit, and/or a 50% service fee.

PRICING

• The shop minimum is $100 for all tattoo and PMU appointments.

• Final pricing is based on design, size, placement, and time required.

TOUCH-UP POLICY

• Complimentary touch-ups for permanent makeup and tattoos are available within 6 weeks of your original appointment with Taylor.

• Touch-ups requested after 6 weeks require additional charges.

• Please contact Taylor directly to schedule any touch-ups.

ARTIST DISCRETION

For healing, longevity, and liability reasons, we may decline certain body placements, including but not limited to:

• Hands

• Feet

• Neck

• Genitals

We may reschedule your appointment if:

• Numbing cream has been applied to the area before your appointment

• Skin is sunburnt/blistering

• Skin has open or actively healing wounds and/or active infection

These decisions are made at the artist’s discretion and are final.
