Ink’T Cosmetics LLC - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ink’T Cosmetics. By using our website, booking services, purchasing products, or interacting with our company in any way, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • All appointments must be booked online or directly through Taylor.

  • A valid card on file is required for all bookings.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of deposits and a 50% service fee.

  • Late arrivals (10+ minutes) may be asked to reschedule.

2. Deposits & Payments

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Deposits go toward the final service total.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • A 2.5% fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions.

  • We accept cash, all major cards, and offer payment plans through Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay.

  • We do not accept checks of any kind.

3. Age & Identification

  • Clients must be at least 18 years old for any tattoo service.

  • A valid government-issued ID is required at the tattoo appointment.

  • No children are allowed in the tattoo studio during appointments for safety and sanitation reasons.

4. Services & Results

  • We do not guarantee tattoo results due to the natural variability in healing, skin type, and client aftercare.

  • We do not guarantee results for hair services as results may vary based on hair texture, history, and client maintenance.

  • Touch-ups are not included unless otherwise stated and are subject to additional fees.

  • Certain tattoo body placements may be declined at the artist’s discretion.

5. Bridal & Tattoo Event Bookings

  • All bridal bookings require a signed contract and non-refundable deposit.

  • Travel fees, accommodations, and applicable permits are the responsibility of the client.

6. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts.

  • Only valid for services offered by Ink’T Cosmetics.

7. Refund Policy

  • All transactions are final. No refunds will be given on services, deposits, products, or gift cards.

8. Studio Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful conduct.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, logos, and branding on this website are the property of Ink’T Cosmetics and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Ink’T Cosmetics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
